HOW TO ADDRESS THE INJUSTICE AND POLITICAL PERSECUTION IN CANADA AS A MUSLIM

While the US Regime receives more criticism for its corrupt politics, unprovoked wars, the promotion of terrorism, immoral politics against other nations, and the destruction of the Middle East, such as Iraq, Syria, Libya etc., as it has been the main lapdog of the British Empire doing its dirty work ever since was declared an ‘independent’ republic in 1776, Canada, on the other hand, has been excluded from such criticism even though the Canadian injustice and its evil agendas against the Muslim Ummah have not been less harmful.

On the contrary, in many aspects, Canada has been much more evil and oppressive when it comes to the oppression of Muslims and the destruction of the Middle East by the US Regime, often appearing as the safety haven while being a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

So, there is no doubt that Canada has played a very deceiving role against Muslims, by managing to hide and disguise its injustice, political oppression, and its long term evil agendas against Muslim immigrants.

I’ve been living in Canada for more than a decade, and I’ve learned remarkably a lot about the corruption of this country, its malicious policies, covert political oppression and persecution, the corruption in the courts of law, the immoral role of judges, the lack of credibility of the Canadian Government and its institutions, the Canadian anti-family agendas, especially against Muslim immigrants, without excluding its international wicked and vicious role, by training spies and agents with destructive and poisonous ideas to be spread in Muslim countries.

Again, what makes Canada more dangerous perhaps than the USA is its seemingly harmless image, by appearing as a friendly, liberal, and free country for Muslims, which has managed to avoid much of the criticism which has been rightfully directed to the US Regime. Even though Canada’s role in the international arena has been vocal and prominent, yet it has been immune of criticism and negative opinions. This is exactly what makes this country dangerous primarily for Muslims, but also for other immigrants.

In my view, the best way to address the Canadian injustice from the perspective of a Muslim is through pen and paper. There is no better and more effective way. Muslims do not have a country to support them, no political power in the global stage to protect them, no caliphate to stand up for them and support them politically, and no powerful military of a Muslim country to send clear messages to the corrupt West.

WWI was the political end for the Muslim Ummah when British, American, Australian and Canadian soldiers marched as occupiers in Istanbul, then the capital of the Ottoman Empire. Soon after that catastrophic fall of Istanbul at the hands of the British Empire, the last Muslim caliphate was dismantled by the British occupiers and the Muslim Ummah entered the darkest period of its history, at least form the political perspective.

We as Muslims have no other choice but to resort to the intellectual path, writing, publishing, speaking up, sharing ideas, and formulating constructively and clearly an organized and academic criticism against the corruption of the Government of Canada, in this case, and against the western oppressors and tyrants in general, without excluding the British Royals.

We need to study carefully the Canadian corrupt policies, articulate the political oppression in a langue that Muslim immigrants comprehend, raise awareness, warn Muslims not to immigrate to Canada, underline the corruption in the courts of law so immigrants would be more prepare to deal with the immoral Canadian judges – who serve as spies and agents of the Government of Canada, expose the Canadian anti-family agendas, and expose its long term anti-Muslim policies.

Canada is a corrupt country. Human rights, rule of law, and democracy are merely slogans without any meaning when it comes to the situation on the ground. What makes the Canadian oppression and persecution against Muslims more problematic is the fact that it is overlooked and disguised by its fake image.

Thus, we as Muslims have the moral and civic obligation to stand up for our rights, expose publicly the Canadian injustice, and expose the corruption in the courts of law. We have no other means to protect ourselves from the Government of Canada and its corrupt institutions other than pens. Writing is the right path. It is a peaceful, yet a very effective way of defending ourselves from the tyranny of the Government of Canada and the British Royal Family.

To conclude, I believe that the injustice and covert persecution that takes place in Canada against Muslims is overlooked. This corrupt country has managed to maintain a very impeccable image, especially given the fact that the world is ruled by one single British-American Government since 1920 when the Ottoman Empire fell, which is to say, there is no organized political opposition to expose the western tyranny and corruption, in this case, Canada.

We have no choice and no other alternatives but to defend ourselves, our children, and our community by the means of writing and publishing. Pen is the most legitimate weapon, something which our divine religion has valued exclusively.

BRITISH SECULARISM HAS COLLAPSED ALTOGETHER

It has become evident to all of us the failure of the British Secularism. We can see crises of all kinds and we can notice clearly who the perpetrators are. Even though the western propaganda is trying its best to mislead the public opinion about the collapse of a civilization that has been built on immoral premises, such as theft, confiscation, lies, deception, and political tyranny, people are waking up and realizing that they’ve been deceived by a corrupt political system.

First, the British Secularism has failed to establish a fair political system. Secularist politicians have become full-time propagandists who operate from the distance. There is no connection with people. The masses are no longer properly represented, so this has led to huge political vacuum. Modern British governments around the world are not responsive, and operate like mafia behind lock doors. There is only one way communication: from the top to the bottom.

In other words, modern British secularist governments around the world, especially in the West, have been turned into a political tyranny. Politicians and governmental officials show no regard for people and there is no accountability for them. So, the British Secularism, which famously has replaced religion in every aspect of life, has been turned into a despotic and devilish religion which has given rise to tyranny and medieval dictatorship.

Second, the British Secularism has failed to establish a fair judicial system. Thanks to my personal experience in Canada, I’ve learned one of the greatest truths about the British Empire and its political system. Despite their propaganda and ornamental terminology, such as judicial independence, rule of law, legal advocacy, and judicial fairness, in reality everything is a lie and deception. Secularist laws consist of a massive legal body written in a complicated, complex, ambiguous, technical, a deceptive language to guarantee for judges and governmental prosecutors all the political, legal, and technical power to persecute politically, confiscate wealth, oppress, and suppress. The secularist courts of law are a disaster.

Secularist courts are the corridors of a political tyranny while judges are the guardians of a corrupt political system. They are the most immoral and corrupt people in a secularist state run in accordance with the British Empire’s political ideology.

Secularist courts of law, such as in Canada, the USA, the UK etc., are the epitome of corruption and political persecution. They are the tyrants and British Royal’s personal guard.

Third, the British Secularism has failed even when it comes to the economy. I think this is the most obvious part that we all can notice. The economic system that British secularists have imposed has turned out to be a grand scheme. The world is on the verge of a great economic failure. Perhaps the reason behind such economic crisis is not only the shortage on energy resources, such as on oil and gas, but the biggest problem of this economic system is its covert monopolies. Practically, the British secularists around the world have killed the private sector in the classical sense. British national governments control all the economy. We live in the age of governmental monopolies, not free market and free entrepreneurship.

Last, the British Secularism has failed to build a sound and functional society. Societies and communities are breaking apart, the concept of family has been transformed completely, disturbing psychological and spiritual phenomena are spreading all over, and the suffering of people is undeniable. People are not pleased with the system; they are looking for answers; they are researching; they are raising questions. All of this is indicative of a morally failed system.

To sum up, the political system which was imposed by the British Empire and the British Royals, that is, the British Secularism, has failed. This is merely a fact. While this is good news in the aspect that it is the exposure of a lie, on the other hand, the world will suffer from its failure because secularists hold so much power. The failure of the British Secularism does not mean that secularists will surrender and admit their fault; on the contrary, they are ready to burn the world down to the ground in order to escape responsibility, and also for spite.

SHTETI SEKULARIT MODERN DHE ROLI I ‘PADUKSHËM’ PREJ MERCENARI I AKTORËVE

Ashtu si për çdo profesion tjetër në përgjithësi, për të kuptuar rolin e aktorëve nën shtetin modern sekularist sipas modelit britaniko-amerikan, janë dy elementë shumë të rëndësishëm për t’u nënvizuar: sistemi ekonomik sekularist dhe shteti.

Nga njëra anë, shteti sekularist i modelit britaniko-amerikan është sistem politik i zhveshur nga çdo vlerë morale, udhëzim hyjnor, apo tabu kulturore njerëzore. Në një sistem sekularist, ligjet, rregullat, të mirën e të keqen, të duhurën, e të dobishmen – nëse mund të përdoret kjo fjalë, e vendos shteti, apo elita drejtuese sekulariste. Pra, është sistem politik unik në sojin e tij sa i përket diktaturës ideologjike. Është sistem totalitar.

Nga ana tjetër, ekonomia sekulariste është ekonomi komuniste, apo praktikisht komuniste, e ideuar nga sekularistët britaniko-amerikanë. Në një sistem ekomomik të tillë, çdo gjë është nën kontrollin e sistemit politik. Nuk ka biznese të pavarura. Nuk ka konkurrencë. Nuk ka shkëmbim të ofertës dhe kërkesës në mënyrë të pavarur: çdo gjë kalon përmes shtetit, nën monitorimin e shtetit, nën kontrollin e shtetit, dhe sipas rregullave të shtetit, e shteti sekularist nuk është asgjë tjetër verçse një elitë politike me fuqi politike të pakufizuar sepse nuk ka vlera morale, nuk beson në një ligj mbi ligjin njerëzor, dhe nuk beson në autoritetin e Zotit. Pra, tregu është totalisht i kontrolluar nga shteti sekularist, formalisht apo informalisht.

Shkurt, në sistemin politik sekularist britanik, shkëmbimi i ofertës dhe kërkesës nuk lejohet të ndodhë jashtë kontrollit të shtetit, aksesi i njerëzve ndaj burimeve natyrore është shumë i limituar ndërsa kontrolli i shtetit sekularist është maksimal, dhe shteti, nga ana tjetër, është entitet despotik sepse nuk beson në vlera morali, nuk pranon autoritetin e Zotit Krijues, dhe nuk pranon asnjë forcë tjetër politike që mund ta limitojë sadopak kontrollin e tij, siç është rendi politik i fisit dhe familjes që shërbejnë si pengesë për autoritetin absolut politik të shtetit.

Nga të gjitha profesionet, ato më të kontrolluarat nga shteti janë ato të cilat kanë të bëjnë me njerëzit, me edukimin e njerëzve, me aksesin ndaj turmave, që kanë të bëjnë me audiencë apo me takime të drejtëpërdrejta me njerëzit. Aksesi është kontroll. Takimi me njerëzit, audienca, influencimi i audiencës, edukimi i tyre, formësimi i opinionit publik etj. janë forma të rëndësishme të fuqisë politike.

Të kesh akses tek njerëzit është forcë politike, të paktën potenciale. Në këtë aspekt, aktorët kanë emër tek audienca, njihen, kanë shikueshmëri, zëri i tyre ndikon, sjellja e tyre imitohet, dhe rolet e tyre në filma pushtojnë mendjet dhe zemrat e masave të gjëra.

Pra, të jesh aktor do të thotë që ke një profesion që paguhet; me fjalë të tjera, aktori ka një produket që shitet në treg, dmth, aftësia e tij prej talenti ose talenti i tij shitet në treg; është produkt që paguhet me para.

Problemi qëndron tek tregu. Nëse shteti sekularist e kontrollon të gjithë tregun, vendin ku takohet oferta me kërkesën, kur vjen puna tek ato profesione që kanë të bëjnë me akses tek audienca, siç është aktrimi, humori, muzika etj., tregu është i kontrolluar shumë herë më rreptësisht se për profesionet jo shumë problematike, siç është profesioni i muratorit, për shembull.

Aktori është njeri i telantuar, por nuk ka treg të pavarur për ta shitur produktin e tij. Nga ana tjetër, aktorët nuk kanë profesione të tjera, nuk janë muratorë, nuk dinë të punojnë si kuzhinierë, fjala bie, ndërkohë që ata kanë nevojë për para të ushqejnë vetet e tyre e fëmijët nëse kanë një familje.

Aktori ka vetëm një mundësi për të jetuar: për të shitur talentin e tij në një treg të kontrolluar nga shtetit ndërkohë që ky është produkti i vetëm që kanë për të shitur. Nëse je murator, ndoshta mund të kesh akses në një treg të pavarur edhe pse i limituar sepse fundja murë do të bësh; nëse je aktor, është e pamundur të shesësh talentin në mënyrë të pavarur nga shteti sepse bëhet fjalë për nivelin më të lartë të aksesit ndaj njerëzve.

Kështu që aktrimi, kënga, muzika, apo profesione të ngjashme që kanë akses të madh ndaj audiencës janë profesione shumë të kontrolluara nga shteti.

Me fjalë të tjera, aktorët janë shumë të kontrolluar politikisht. Jo vetëm që nuk kanë liri politike, por janë njerëzit më të cënueshëm e më të varur politikisht dhe financiarisht. Në mënyrë ironike, një murator është politikisht më i fortë se një aktor sepse moratori mund ta ushqejë veten në një treg që është relativisht jashtë kontrollit absolut të shtetit – pra muratori arrin të fitojë pak para me forcën e tij, ndërsa aktori, edhe pse i talentuar, nuk mund ta shesë talentin e tij veçse nëpërmjet agjencive, shtëpiave kinomatografike, apo ndërmjetësve profesionalë, e që të gjithë janë zgjatime shtetërore sekulariste, formale apo informale.

Për ta përmbyllur, të jesh aktor do të thotë që ke një profesion që nuk të ushqen veçse nëse bashkëpunon me shtetin, flet gjuhën e shtetit sekularist, përhap propagandën e shtetit sekularist, fyen fenë nëse shteti ta kërkon, flet kundër Zotit nëse shteti ta kërkon një gjë të tillë, përhap degjenerim, imralitet, e shkatërrim moral nëse shteti ta vendos si kusht, gënjen, mashtron, tradhton, dhe shtrembëron të vërtetën nëse shtetit i duhet një gjë e tillë, dhe shtetit sekularist i modelit britaniko-amerikan gjithmonë do t’i duhet të gënjejë e të mashtrojë sepse është sistem politik i korruptuar, i pamoral, që nuk beson në autoritetin e Zotit, dhe nuk pranon t’i cëngohet pushteti nga asgjë.

Pavarësisht talentit të tyre, aktorët janë njerëz të dobët politikisht; janë ushtarë politikë të shtetit sekularist. Profesioni apo puna ua kërkon atyre të bëjnë gjëra të pamoralshme. Me pak fjalë, aktorët janë ashtu siç vetë termi e thotë: aktorë – njerëz që luajnë role, që i binden politikës, që punojnë për shtetin sekularist, dhe që janë ushtarë ideologjikë të shtetit. Ata nuk janë vetvetja.

Sigurisht që për shkak të rolit të tyre që kanë në kontrollin e njerëzve për llogari të shtetit sekularist, vetë shtetit i intereson që aktorët të perceptohen si njerëz të pavarur, anti-konformistë, që flasin të vërtetën, dhe që janë vetvetja. Kjo jo vetëm që i bën ata më të pranueshëm tek masat, por njëkohësisht i distancon nga shteti dhe e shlyen moralisht këtë të fundit për imoralitetin e aktorëve apo mesazhet e tyre që kanë të bëjnë me kontrollit e njerëzve.

Aktorët, dhe profesionet e ngjashme me aktrimin, janë njerëzit më të kontrolluar dhe më të cënueshëm politikisht. Jo vetëm që ata nuk ka liri, por janë mercenarë ideologjikë sepse këtë ua kërkon profesioni. Një murator, për shembull, është shumë më i nderuar dhe më i pavarur se një aktor sepse ky i fundit shet një produkt në një treg tërësisht të kontrolluar nga shteti sekularist ndërkohë që në përgjithësi aktorët nuk kanë një profesion të dytë për të fituar para.

LACK OF PATRIOTISM IN AMERICA AND CANADA – THE DARK SIDE OF THE BRITISH SECULARISM AND THE INABILITY OF STATE-FORMATION

Reportedly, the USA is not only the top country in the world with the highest number of imprisoned people per capita, but there is another political fact that lists the US Republic on the top, that is, the US citizens are the most unpatriotic people in the world. However, Canada and the western Europe are not much different.

Apart from naïve immigrants, especially those undocumented and unsettled, the US people, those who have been born and raised in the USA, are the most unpatriotic individuals. They show no special respect for their government, no allegiance to the US flag, and no loyalty to the country.

I believe the same case is true in Canada, too. The number of people who hate the government, hate the Canadian flag, and have no sense of pride of their own country is unprecedented and comparable to that of the USA, and certainly there is an explanation for that. We are not dealing simply with ungrateful and irresponsible people, for this is indicative of a failed people system or political ideology, in this case, the British Secularism, which has been imposed forcefully around the world.

The more I personally deal, or have dealt in the past, with the Government, any British Secularist government, in Canada or elsewhere, I learn a great deal about the British Empire and about the British Secularism. Also, my personal experience with the governmental corruption in every building block of the state, including courts of law, convinces me that the reported number of unpatriotic people in Canada and the USA is reasonable and plausible.

In addition, this unprecedented state of lack of patriotism reveals another dark truth about the British-American civilization. As they say, every accusation is a confession, we often hear the western politicians speak about state formation capability, especially with regard to Muslim countries, countries that aspire to join the EU, such as Albania, or countries that recently have ‘won’ their independence recently.

State-formation is a very interesting concept, as if it carries with itself a sense of arrogance of the western countries and a sense of disregard for other nations around the world. Lo and behold, the very countries that claim to be experts and role models of state formation, such as the USA, Canada, and the UK, are in fact the most corrupt countries in the world, where governmental corruption and injustice and demonstration of lack of state-formation capability have led people to hate their own governments and their own countries. Hence, the USA has the most unpatriotic population in the world because their government is the most corrupt one in the world.

I am more convinced than ever that the reported numbers are true, or they even could hide a harsher and darker reality. Not only are not Canada, the USA, and the UK to be taken as state-formation role models, but they should serve as case studies for corruption and covert injustice which are causing political harm to their own people – who many of them live as homeless, and around the world, too.

Ironically, those who hate America the most are not Muslims, nor Iranians or other nations, but Americans themselves, and those who hate Canada the most are Canadian citizens who pay their taxes and work hard to put food on table for their kids, if it happened to have kids.

The Canadian government, for example, operates like mafia, with secret and informal activities; it lacks transparency, and it shows no responsiveness and no responsibility unless one is a typical spy or stooge of the government. So, the Canadian government, or the US Government for that matter, is not a political entity which serves people, but a political mafia entity which strikes deals with people, and responses to them only if there is some political benefit. There is no concept of responsibility or transparency whatsoever. It is amazing how these western countries have managed to present themselves as state-builders while they are the most corrupt people, especially when it comes to state formation.

The western British Secularists are not role models. They are corrupt in every role or aspect, as judges, lawyers, politicians, MPs, governmental workers, law-enforcement officers, CEOs, or corporate employees. Secularists do not build, they destroy; they do not grow, but spread corruption. Secularists have no moral values which they respect, and no moral code which they hold sacred.

Secularists, in Canada, the USA and around the world, are immoral, oppressors, thieves, and people who shed innocent blood, much less are they role models when it comes to state-formation.

The British Empire has established the most corrupt form of governance; a government which does not serve people, but it serves a small group of the Secularist elite; a government which lies, deceives, lacks transparency, turns people into spies, humiliates people, and destroys.

Personally, I am not shocked by this dark reality of Canada or the USA. Those Americans who hate America and those Canadians who hate Canada are not ungrateful people, but this is the indication of a corrupt political system and the degradation of the British Secularism. In addition, this only confirms the truth of Islam or the divine guidance, that human laws are corrupt and made by people to oppress. Humans, no matter how wise and smart they claim to be, they are humans, with flaws and short-comings.

This is what we are witnessing in Canada and in the USA: the downfall of a flawed political system, which has been inferior and corrupt from the very beginning, and it has not taken too long to be exposed as a deception.

Despite their GDPs or the image, the USA and Canada are the most corrupt countries in the world. They have served as grave yards for millions upon millions of immigrants around the world. The harm that Canada and the USA have caused to the world at the behest of the British Empire and the British Royal Family is beyond imagination. Therefore, it is not inconceivable the fact that the American and Canadian citizens are the least patriotic people in the world. This is an undeniable fact and indicative of a dark, and very dark, political reality, a reality which we witness each and every day in Canada, and which the American people are witnessing, too, especially those millions of Americans who are homeless, who have no access to health care, and who are part of a degraded society.

THE WEST AND THE NEW FORMS OF POLITICAL PERSECUTION OF A ROTTEN CIVILIZATION

Apparently, when it comes to the scientific or logical explanation of things, slogans mean nothing. It doesn’t matter what politics considers gravity; it exists regardless.

The need to persecute, oppress, and mistreat others is part and parcel of human society because there is an undeniable fact about nature: natural resources on Earth are limited. To reiterate, resources are limited while the needs of people are effectively unlimited. Hence, there will always be injustice and oppression on Earth, especially when we are ruled by human laws, which are by their very nature flawed and imperfect.

The West has lied about many, many things, to the extent that it can be described as the ‘civilization of lies,’ but the biggest lie the British Empire has ever spread is the establishment of a political system that supposedly does not persecute people. Indeed, in order to turn this lie into a beautiful political product, there are many other lies and distorted concepts fed to the public.

To say that a certain political system does not persecute people politically is as untrue as the statement ‘the wolves and the sheep live in peace with each other,’ in other words, defying the laws of nature. This is exactly what the West requires us to believe, to defy the laws of nature.

In order to convince us that a certain political system does not persecute people politically, which is to say, does not oppress, imprison citizens politically, discriminate, mistreat, or abuse, there has to be a logical explanation, as good as there has to be a logical explanation to a hypothetical reality that polar bears no longer hunt seals.

In the West, as everywhere in the world, the natural resources are limited. The people who live here are just like other people around the world:  with effectively unlimited needs. In that case, why should we assume that the political system does not persecute people? Has anything changed? Have the laws of nature changed? Are the leaders of these countries somehow different from the rest of us? Do the fear God to the extent that they are afraid to persecute and wrong others?

The truth of the matter is that nothing has changed. America is the same America that has always been: a new political entity formed by the British Empire with people mostly coming from Europe, eager to kill and murder, shed blood and fight wars on behalf of a European elite, in this case, for the British Empire. Even the rest of the western world consists of the same blood shedding people.

The USA, Canada, the UK, France, Germany and the rest of the West are simply the same as the rest of the world when it comes to greed and the desire to control natural resources, not to say that they actually are more blood thirsty and vicious.

Therefore, it is out of the question to believe that the USA, Canada, the UK and the rest of the West do not persecute people politically. The real question is how they exercise, execute, and handle it. In this aspect, the West has managed to do a great job to deceive us and to present an impeccable image of itself by employing a vast propaganda machine, especially after the formation of the Global Government in 1920 by the British Empire, which, consequently, rendered the world a global monolithic political entity without any opposition to expose the western lies.

So, the USA persecutes people politically, and so does Canada, France, Germany, Sweden etc. However, they do not call it persecution. In fact, the western political tyranny is so powerful that it has the luxury and the resources to impose its own terms, language, and concepts, especially, as it was mentioned in the previous paragraph, there is no political opposition in the world to expose this reality.

Officially, the USA and Canada and the UK do not persecute people. Citizens are free to pursue their economic and ideological dreams and goals. Officially, you can speak freely in the USA, become rich, be elected as the US president, start a business, form a political party, potentially turn your private business into a big corporation, open a bank, loan money with high interest, lawyers can defend you in a court of law, the judiciary is independent, the congress can hold accountable politicians and even can impeach the president, people can protest, and even walk into the Oval Office – as the joke of Renald Reagan goes, pound the president’s desk and say, “Mr. President, I don’t like the way you run our country.’

In fact, the official reality of the USA is more fictional and hypothetical than polar bears roaming the Arctic while licking and cuddling seals as peaceful friends, defying all the laws of nature. The latter is closer to reality than the first one.

Beyond this silly reality that the western propagandists sell us as a serious political product, the truth of the matter is that the world has never seen a more tyrannical regime than the secularist political system introduced and established by the British Empire, especially what has been experimented in North America with the formation of the US Republic as the first communist country in the world.

The West persecutes, but persecution and oppression have been incorporated in the system. The whole political system has been established in a very complex way in order to hide injustice, political persecution, and the very classical tyranny that has been around since the ancient history of human civilization.

In short, people in the USA – citizens, permanent residents, or illegal immigrants, are born persecuted with the exception of a small percentage of the American population; they are born disadvantageous and not with equal opportunities to succeed. I am not referring here to natural differences and barriers, but to the political system itself.

The American persecution has been incorporated in the American legal system, American laws, governmental policies, the political ideology of the country, in the US constitution, regulations, the economic system, the social structure of the society, the mentality and the mindset of people, in schools and universities, healthcare system and the academia itself.

The American broken family, a student who graduates with thousands of dollars in debt, a couple who a few years after marriage end up divorced though a legal process which ruins the prospect of children for success, high taxes, an economy which consists of monopolies, big corporations which are controlled by a small elite, a corrupt political system, a deceptive US congress, a fake constitution, a judicial system that operates like mafia, citizens and non citizens who are controlled by the political system formally and informally, individual after individual, a country where protests and rallies are all theatrical – organized by the political system itself, a broken society which consists of vulnerable and weak individuals rather than strong families and communities, a country run by corrupt and abusive laws rather than a transparent legal system which are supposed to protect the weak and the oppressed ones, universities whose role is to brainwash and waste the youth’s time and money, a healthcare system which is totally corrupt and controlled by politics, the media and the propaganda machine which serve as magicians of the Pharoah of the ancient world, and the regular American citizen who lives paycheck to paycheck one step ahead of homelessness who currently either rents an apartment or pays mortgage whose monthly payment could burn half of the monthly income.

The average American citizen is born weak and grows up to become politically very weak. The political persecution starts while the baby is still in the womb of its mother. When the child is born, if it is not aborted by the mother anyway, he or she is already persecuted and oppressed. The US Government does not need to wait for the child to grow up in a regular family, have access to free healthcare, enjoy the love and care of both parents (man and woman), graduate with zero dollars in debt, find a job, start a business, become successful, and then to have the need to persecute such a citizens because he or she is seen as a political threat.

Politically speaking, the US society is practically a society of slaves, and so is the case in Canada, the UK, France, Sweden etc.

In the West, the laws of nature have not ceased to exist. On the contrary, it has been turned into a political jungle which lacks morality, the fear of God, the divine guidance, and human values.

The history of human society is the history of injustice, oppression, political persecution, corrupt judicial system, murder, wars, killing, confiscation of wealth, and transgression.

The only time when justice has been restored on Earth is when prophets of God have established in the society the divine law and values. Living according to the divine instructions, the fear of God, the divine accountability before God Himself, the nourishing of human nature with mercy, truthfulness, and piety is the only logical way to establish peace and justice.

Peace and justice cannot be established with political slogans and lies, as it is the case in the West.

For those who might have misunderstood the official reality of the USA, as I tried to picture the official reality in one of the previous paragraphs, an average American citizen is not free to peruse his or her dreams, cannot start a business freely, cannot own a house, cannot speak freely, cannot run for public office, and cannot do many things which supposedly the political system allows. This is propaganda. This is a lie. Apparently, the law might allow any of these, but the sociopolitical conditions the child is born and in which he or she grows up do not allow such a reality.

The West is the biggest lie the human society has ever experienced. It is the very definition of deception and corruption.

The more one looks deeply into the reality of the West, the more he or she understands what it means for a society to live without God. Perhaps, a century ago the western project could have been more attractive, but now it has been exposed as a big, big lie, and so has the British Secularism, the US Republic, democracy, communism, and capitalism. It is the world of lies and deception where political persecution lies at the core of the system, in the courts of law, in universities, workplaces, governmental offices, and in the tongue of the regime’s intellectuals and propagandists.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND THE POSSIBILITY OF A MAJOR POLITICAL VACUUM

Arguably, there are two major developments that have transformed fundamentally the relationship of human beings with regard to society, and those two events are: the formation of the Global Government in 1920 by the British Empire, and the advent of AI.

The whole human civilization has functioned due to a simple mechanism: people need one another; every person has something to offer to others; hence, the need and the satisfaction thereof has served as the currency of the access to natural resources. By satisfying the needs of one another, people have been forced to cooperate, build civilizations, make discoveries, invent, and guarantee their access to natural resources by virtue of work and offering services of all kinds, including intellectual and military.

In 1920, something unprecedented took place. There were no longer competing empires or political entities trying to expend their power. The British Empire turned into a global power. The Ottoman Empire, which was the only opposing power at that time, fell catastrophically. For the first time in human history, the entire world was controlled by one single political entity. In short, there was no longer any political opposition.

When the world was divided into empires and competitive political powers, which is to say, there were real wars, societies were forced to cooperate against real enemies. The government was in real need of soldiers in order to defend its ground against real threats. So, apart from the ability to work, people had another value: they were soldiers. The society needed them. The government needed them. They could satisfy a very important need: to fight.

The emergence of the Global Government marked the end of real wars; consequently, not only was the demand for real soldiers about to fall, but for the first time in human history the government was no longer in real need of people to fight wars apart from playing military theaters. In other words, people were less valuable. They didn’t need each other as before. The currency of access to natural resources was devalued. Governments don’t need to please people as before because there are no real enemies.

As if the Global Government was not disturbing enough in terms of the access of people to natural resources, hi-tech, robots and AI shook the very mechanism which lies at the foundation of human society: the need for one another as the currency of access to natural resources and civilizational rise.

While you and I are in need, the society is no longer in need of us in order to allow us satisfy our needs. In other words, our access to natural resources is becoming increasingly more and more difficult, and what’s worse, not only is not the government the major political mechanism to facilitate the over all access to natural resources by employing work as the main currency, it is becoming in reality the biggest hindrance because it no longer needs us.

To summarize, the Global Government of 1920 formed by the British Empire and the US Republic and the emergence of AI and hi-tech in general have rendered humans ‘useless.’ Our national governments do not need us to fight real wars (not theatrical ones), to work and offer services. We are fully replaceable by machines and AI. The only reason why the government still continues to deliver some services for us is the fear that the people might look for alternative ways to satisfy their needs, that is, looking for a direct access to natural resources. However, this is not a sufficient reason to force the government treat us fairly and built trust.

On the other hand, people might massively lose trust on the government as the latter has no real reason to function properly. There is a major paradox: people need access to natural resources in order to live while the government – the very entity which controls the resources – does not need them; hence, the possibility of a political vacuum, which has started to appear at an early stage, especially with people raising questions about the current unreasonable conflicts, fake wars, fake politics, massive propaganda, and dysfunctional political institutions, both national and international.

The political vacuum is unavoidable. It is becoming a reality, especially given the betrayal and immoral nature of the modern secularist governments as part of the Global Government, which are not playing their natural and traditional role, that is, to serve us, but they are striving to control us, divide and conquer, deceive, and lie to us.

While the moral judgment is more complex because we all have contributed, positively and negatively, to reach this paradox, the real question is: what and who will fill this political vacuum. Perhaps this is a wake-up call for Muslims.

A letter to the Supreme Court and The General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Albania

Apparently, one of the main principles of a democratic system is the freedom of expression, that is to say, people are politically and legally guaranteed to express their opinions, disagree with the government and its policies, as well as expose the flaws and discrepancies of the system itself, without excluding anyone, including other nations’ governments and international agencies.


I am Sabri Lushi, an Albanian citizen and the co-founder along with my brother Nderim Lushi of the online blog KUKESPOST.com, which contains personal and genuine opinions about the Canadian judicial system, Canada, the USA and its international policies, the United Kingdom and its international policies, as well as it focuses a great deal on raising questions and promoting an intellectual approach to justice, democracy, human rights, and historical topics.


Admittedly, there is a level of criticism towards the US Government, the British Royals, the Canadian Judiciary, the Canadian Government, as well as their international policies, especially with relation to terrorism and genocidal wars, opinions which I personally enjoy to share with the public as I am an ardent and staunch believer in free speech and intellectualism.


It seems that the leaders of the free world [or aren’t they?] continue to be so as long as free speech does not target them. Once the finger is pointed at them, they show the true face of tyranny and oppression, speaking of which, my brother Nderim Lushi, as the co-founder of KUKESPOST.com, has been under investigation by the Prosecution Office of Kukes, and, during the meetings with the judicial officers, their concern about KUKESPOST.com has been brought to attention.


Even though the Prosecution Office has announced that in the coming Monday, April, 20, 2026, will discontinue the investigation, obviously due to lack of evidence to substantiate the allegations; however, the process itself is indicative of a hostile approach of the Government of the Republic of Albania and the Albanian judicial system towards free speech and the right to share independent opinions. This is very disturbing and does not stand well with an independent judicial system.


Dear President of the Supreme Court Sokol Sadushi and General Prosecutor Olsian Çela, even though Albania has gone though a very painful communist past, when free speech was outlawed for more than five decades, it seems that our country is not distancing itself once and for all from that horrible political culture.


The political system should not be afraid of free speech and free people. The very purpose of free speech is to disagree, to point the finger at corruption and governmental policies, to criticize the judicial system itself, including those of other countries, such as Canada where I live currently, and even to raise historical questions.


The Albanian Prosecution Service and the Judicial System should and ought to investigate and go after those who harm other citizens and those politicians who steal and misuse and abuse the wealth of the Albanian citizens.


Indeed, free speech intends to disturb the ruling elite while in a democratic country the power belongs to people, doesn’t it? So, you are supposed to serve the people, not the ruling elite or our international partners, or certain embassies, such as the US Embassy and the United Kingdom Embassy in Tirana because they might feel targeted by free speech and the opinions of Albanian citizens.


This letter written in English is meant to be sent to you directly by email and to be published on KUKESPOST.com in order to share this concern with the public.
I conclude it by thanking you for all the good work you do in order to serve the Albania people and being convinced that you will understand my concern and my position as a lay citizen and supporter of free speech.

Unë jam Nderim Lushi, një qytetar nga Kukësi. Po ju shkruaj për t‘ju vënë në dijeni për dy akuza që prokuroria e Gjykatës Kukës ka ngritur ndaj meje, përkatësisht nenet 265, 266 të kodit penal. Kam një vit që hetohem nga prokuroria Kukës për nenin 265 të bazuar dhe ekstraktuar  nga disa video që kam në kanalin tim në youtube.com, gjithashtu ky nen, sipas prokurorisë, është bazuar në shkrimet dhe në analizat politike të pavarura në blogun KUKESPOST.COM

Gjykata Kukës më ka njoftuar që më datë 20.04.2026 jam i ftuar të marrë pjesë në gjykim në një proçes të nisur nga prokuroria, e cila ka kërkuar pushimin e çështjes. Meqense kam një eksperiencë të gjatë me sistemin e drejtësisë dhe me hilet dhe gjuhën orwelliane të zakonshme të tyre , (kam kaluar një proçes në vitet 2015-2017 për organizimin e 5 protestave në Kukës, ku fitova pafajësinë) meqense  nenet parashikojnë dënim maksimal 18 vite heqje lirie, bazuar në faktin që jam një zë kritik i vazhdueshëm i Ambasadës Amerikane dhe fakti që nenet janë të natyrës politike, kam arsye të besoj që është një skenar i sistemit të drejtësisë thjesht për të më burgosur padrejtësisht.

I kërkoj Ministrisë së Drejtësisë që të fillojë një hetim – edhe pse i papreçedentë, për të gjithë ata që punojnë në këtë godinë të quajtur gjykatë, si prokurorët, gjykatësit dhe avokatët. Kam arsye të forta të besoj që nenet janë porositur direkt nga Ambasada Amerikane, në koordinim të plotë me Ambasadën Britanike dhe në koordinim të plotë me Kryeministrin Edi Rama, prandaj e ftoj Ministrinë e Drejtësisë që të bëjë detyrën e saj dhe të hetojë lidhjet amerikane me personelin e Gjykatës Kukës – lidhje që identifikohen publikisht për shkak të Reformës në Drejtësi të organizuar dhe sponsorizuar nga vetë amerikanët.

KUKESPOST.COM and the Trial of Nderim Lushi for Free Speech Activity

 

 

I am Nderim Lushi, a citizen of the Republic of Albania and the co-founder of the online blog KUKESPOST.COM. In addition, I have organized a few years ago a petition against a certain policy undertaken by the Government of Albania which led to mass migration of thousands of Albanian citizens to the EU countries.

It is this petition indeed when my legal battle, or political confrontation you can call it, with the Government of Albania and the courts of law here started. While everything began almost as an insignificant incident, when I was arrested during a protest, things escalated and the whole battle took another shape when I experienced an enormous and unexpected level of ill-treatment and injustice by the Albanian courts, judges, and prosecutors.

Not only did this make me lose trust on the judicial system, which operates typically on the judicial principles and the model of the EU and the so-called British-American democracy, but also the utterly shock by the corruption of the legal system led me to change my approach to this legal battle – to look at it from a more political and ideological standpoint of view, and even by questioning the very foundations of the British democracy and the concept of the rule of law itself, that is to say, the political system enforced by the British Empire and the US Republic on a global scale.

As I was kept in custody for two weeks in 2015 and faced criminal charges, the whole judicial trial became political. Eventually I was acquitted of my criminal charges by the Court of Appeal of Shkodra as the Prosecution was exposed as a complete fraud and politically motivated.

While the process of this trial, which lasted more than two years, was an extraordinary experience in and of itself – I learned about the immorality of the judicial system, its deceptive techniques, the lack of credibility and professionalism supposedly claimed by a rule of law system, and all the extrajudicial threats, deception, distractions, and immoral maneuvers of the intelligence service agents of the Government of Albania, it became unambiguously clear to me that my trial was political, not merely judicial. This is exactly why I have chosen to defend myself politically, and not restrictively judicially.

And how much shocked was I when I came to realize that I was not the target of the corrupt local authorities only, but behind the entire process was the Embassy of the United States of America in Tirana, as well as the United Kingdom Embassy in our country. This took the battle to a whole new level:  the very democratic agencies and political powers that proclaim to uphold the concept of the rule of law and democratic system itself were exactly the same ones leading the judicial crusade against me, and I am sure this is the case against many, many other ordinary Albanian citizens. The same US Embassy that initiated the famous judicial reform in Albania in 2016, it was the same US Embassy in Tirana that was leading the political persecution against me.

Although I was acquitted of all criminal charges, which were basically related to the freedom of expression, the political persecution of the Government of Albania, the US Embassy and that of the UK Embassy against me never ended. In fact, this proved once again that the criminal charges were not based strictly on the Criminal Code of the Republic of Albania, which is more or less a legal body imposed by the British and American Rulers, but those baseless criminal charges pressed against me were a disguised form of political persecution at the behest of the Embassy of the USA and the Embassy of the UK in Tirana.

Other forms of political persecution and ill-treatment that the Government of Albania and the above mentioned embassies use to oppress free speech and the right to criticize democratically the government include economic mistreatment, provocation through governmental spies and agents, paying cash and offering economic favors, including visas to the UK and the USA, to all relatives and family members in order to use them against the political target, without mentioning reputation damage by governmental spies.

Having no other alternatives to live a normal life, supposedly in a democratic country, due to all these difficulties imposed by the US and the UK Embassies – which seem to be the biggest enemies of free speech, as well as by the local authorities, including the Government of Albania, I decided to withdraw and live in my village where I was born, namely, in Shkinak, Kukes, Albania.

For the enemies of democracy and civilizational values and human rights, I mean, the US Embassy and King Charles’ Embassy in Tirana, living in the village, instead of abandoning my own country, as it is the case for hundreds of thousands of Albanians, seems to have opposed another vicious and covert governmental policy: to force people to abandon rural areas, perhaps something that has to do with a much larger global policy of human dislocation and attack on all forms of traditional economies.

In this regard, a year ago, when I was working on my land in the village where I currently live, preparing to plant crops and vegetables in order to secure my living, I received a letter from the Albanian Persecution Office of Kukes, the Republic of Albania, namely, by Prosecutor Vilma Kapaj, as she had initiated an investigation against me with relation to ‘hate speech.’ It was unbelievable how far the immorality, tyranny, and political barbarism of the US Embassy, the UK Embassy, and the Government of Albania had reached: a citizen living in a remote village of Albania, working, planting vegetables and growing crops in order to secure the basic living despite the political persecution, is under investigation for having used free speech?!

If this does not show how much the American and British democracy has been deteriorated, by showing their true nature, I do not know what else can reveal and expose their true face. While I was under the impression that the investigation was over, as I had attended two meetings with judicial officers of the Prosecution Office, Kukes, and got the picture that they had no prove to substantiate their claim, I received another letter from the Prosecution Office to appear to the court to seemingly request to discontinue the investigation – a letter formulated by an Orwellian language, almost to disturb me as soon as I start to work on the land in the spring, or to perhaps to remind me that I am under watch as a co-founder of KUKESPOST.COM

In other words, even though I received a letter to inform me of a court appearance which has to do with the request of the Prosecution Office to the court to discontinue the investigation, the process itself smells corruption, tricks, deception, and loaded with a political message.

The reason why I am mentioning the online independent blog KUKESPOST.COM is because during both meetings with the judicial officers, it was brought to my attention their concern that they have about this independent blog.

Again, this shows that my battle with the Prosecution Office of the Republic of Albania, with the US Embassy, and with King Charles’ Embassy in Tirana is a battle for free speech, the very democratic aspect of the modern state that the USA and the UK claim to protect and promote the most – this couldn’t be more hypocritical.

 

CONCLUSION:

The purpose of this letter is not to point the finger at a corrupt judge or prosecutor of the Republic of Albania, nor to simply make public my case, but to raise awareness about a deeper problem and more systemic form of injustice and political persecution which exists not peculiarly in Albania, but because of the British laws of Albania, and because of the political interference of the US Embassy and the UK Embassy in the Albanian judicial system.

So, the corruption and the political abuse which takes place in Albania is imported from and imposed by the so-called champions of the western democracy, that is, the USA and the UK.

Therefore, I hereby accuse publicly the US Embassy and King Charles’ Embassy in the Republic of Albania for having requested the latest investigation against me as the co-founder of KUKESPOST.COM.

In addition, I want to use my case and my personal experience to point out and to show the hypocrisy of the British-American Global Rule. They are not the champions of democracy and human rights, but the very enemies of such values and democratic principles.

The US Government is not concerned about the staggering number of the homeless Americans, the corruption in the American courts of law, the high debt that the American people are suffering from, high gas prices, the living which is becoming each and every day less affordable, and those millions of the American people who have no health insurance, but it has all the time and governmental budget to oppress people around the world, supress the freedom of expression, promote corruption, and use judges and prosecutors of other nations as political tools to persecute free people like myself.

I am more convinced than ever that the immoral activity of the USA and the UK in order to persecute citizens of Albania like myself is not an isolated case. On the contrary, through their infamous embassies and spy agencies, the USA and the UK are a threat to democracy and human rights, freedom of speech and the right to express person opinions publicly. They are not the leaders of the free world, but the corrupt and immoral actors of a medieval political system packaged with a modern façade, such as allies, democratic institutions, judicial independence, rule of law, the concept of legal advocacy, or independent prosecution service.

The judicial system promoted by the USA and the UK is in reality a travesty of justice and human rights. Their tyranny and political persecution of any free voice or political dissenter is concealed in the complexities of the judicial system and covered up by a very special judicial propaganda: a judicial system full of lies, deception, distractive rituals, ambiguous language, meaningless court rules and procedures, and massive body of abusive laws – all in all to embellish the medieval tyranny and barbarism of the US Government and the British Royal Family who seek to rule the world with an iron first.

My battle and the battle of millions of oppressed people is not with a corrupt judge or a controlled prosecutor who are no more than mercenaries, but with the enemies of freedom – with the US Communist Government and the British Royal Family.

At the same time, I am hopeful that justice will prevail, and that people in general demonstrate solidarity with the oppressed ones; they are not on the side of the US and British international policies of oppression and legal abuse, as it is the case in Albania.
