WILL IT BE POSSIBLE FOR THE NEW SYRIA TO APPLY THE LAWS OF ISLAM?

While Muslims around the world are celebrating the political changes in Syria – the fall of the tyrannical regime, and wishing a bright future for the Syrian people because we all love Shām, the question that is arising these days is: will the new Syrian leadership apply the laws of Islam which they’ve fought for?

I think the answer to this questions consists of two parts:

First, this shows the importance of what kind of law a country applies. Governance is not much about the type of individuals who rule more so than what kind of laws it adopts. Laws represent the political power. They can affect the economy, people’s properties and wealth in general, the social fabric of the society, and the political outlook of a country.

Second, in order for a country to be able to apply whatever law its people want, in this case, the laws of Islam, they need first to win the war against the political power that controls that country. At best, the Syrian people have managed to get rid of a dictator, but they have not won the war against the USA and the British Empire, and they’re not claiming that.

So, the simple answer to the above question is: neither the Syrian people, nor the people of any other Muslim country have adequate freedom to apply whatever law they want because we live under the global British-American occupation. This is a fact, not an opinion.

Strategically, the new Syrian government might be able to make many positive changes, including legal ones, even though the West will do everything possible to cause the failure of the apparent Muslim new leadership so they can prove to the world that “Islamists” aren’t able to rule, but Syria doesn’t have the political right to apply any kind of laws its people want, whether this is stated officially or not.

Likewise, other Muslim countries don’t have the right to apply the laws of Islam wholesomely. Certain countries, such as Saudi Arabia, have been allowed partially by the West to apply the laws of Islam, but this is the result of the political calculations or dynamics of the war against the Ottoman Empire; it is not the result of a battle won against the real enemy, i.e., the occupying British Empire and the US Government.

In this regard, we should expect from the new Syrian government what’s realistic, not what we dream of.

The British and American enemies have won the war against us a century ago. They won’t let us apply our laws because they are the enemies of Islam. They have the military power at the moment and they are controlling our Ummah militarily, economically, and politically. Simply speaking, the Muslim Ummah is occupied by the British and American pagans.

However, we must never cease fighting intellectually against these unjust western pagans, against the British tyranny and the US Government’s injustice and exploitation. This must be the role of all Muslims, including the Syrian scholars and intellectuals.

While the Assad regime came to an end in Syria, all thanks is due to the Almighty Allah, there is no doubt that the country is at a very difficult stage. The country has been ruined over the last decade. More than half of the population has been forced to end up as refugees in the West or refugee camps.

However, the biggest threat of Syria is the same occupiers who put in power the Assad family 54 years ago, and that is, the US Government and the British Monarchy.

The enemies of Syria are the US Terrorist Government and the British Monarchy. Since the fall of the Ottoman Empire, their mission has been to keep the blessed land of Syria under the strict occupation, to keep the land of scholars and great warriors under the strict western control, to ruin the one of the most important regions of the Islamic world, and to turn the land where Jesus (peace be upon him) will return to into a mess and chaos.

If there is one thing that the Syrian people must keep in mind is that America cannot be trusted, and that the British Monarchy cannot be trusted.

Our Syrian brothers and sisters must turn this fact into a political motto: the US Terrorist Government cannot be trusted and that the British Monarchy cannot be trusted. The western barbarians have no morality. They have no dignity. They are the enemies of peace and prosperity. They are the enemies of the Muslim Ummah.

While Russia and China and Iran are no more than western puppets, the true enemies of Syria are none other than the US Terrorist Government and the British Monarchy. These western pagans have a clear plan: to turn Syria into a secular land, into a pagan country, into a British communist region, and into the symbol of corruption whereas Syria bears the brightest history of the Muslim Ummah.

Nothing good comes from the US Terrorist Government. Nothing good comes from the CIA. Nothing good comes from the British Monarchy. Therefore, the Syrian people should not underestimate their true enemy.

Make no mistake, Bashar al-Assad was a British Monarchy’s agent and a CIA spy, so the fact that these western pagans are distancing themselves from him is no more than a deception.

As long as Pentagon and the Buckingham Palace don’t mind their own business, the British Monarchy and the US Terrorist Government remain a serious threat not only to Syria, but to the entire Muslim Ummah.
