Gjykata e Rrethit Gjyqësor Kukës më ka njoftuar që më datë 20.4.2026, ora 9:30 am, në salla penale nr. 2 ftohem të marrë pjesë në gjykim. Edhe pse zyrtarisht është një proçes i nisur nga prokuroria për të pushuar çështjen, bazuar në mungesën e kredibilitetit të gjykatave, dhe në bazë të formulimit orwellian të vetë proçesit gjyqësor, ju ftoj të vëzhgoni nga afër këtë proçes pasi bëhet fjalë për dy nene (neni 265, 266) të cilët parashikojnë si maksimum heqje lirie deri në 18 vite. Akuzat janë bazuar në aktivitetin tim online, veçanërisht në faqen kukespost.com ku unë jam bashkëthemelues, gjë që tregon qartë që kemi të bëjmë me një proçes politik, një proçes kundër lirive themelore si: liria e shprehjes dhe liria për të shprehur i lirë opinionet.

Meqenëse akuzat ndaj meje janë politike, dhe se prokuroria Kukës ka shprehur shqetësim për kukespost.com në komunikimet me ta, faqe që kryesisht mban në fokus politikat britaniko – amerikane internacionale, kjo më bën të besoj që kemi të bëjmë me një ndërhyrje direkte dhe të paligjshme në Sistemin e Drejtësisë nga Ambasada Amerikane dhe Ambasada Britanike dhe Kryeministri Rama.

Kërkoj që Parlamenti Shqiptar të formojë një komision hetimor parlamentar për të hetuar Kryeministrin Rama, Ambasadën Amerikane dhe Ambasadën Britanike në lidhje me pretendimet të ndërhyrjeve direkte dhe të paligjshme në Sistemin e Drejtësisë së Republikës Shqipërisë. Dua të theksoj që Ambasada Amerikane dhe Kryeministri Rama vetëdeklarohen vazhdimisht në media si ndërhyrës të drejtëpërdrejtë në sistemin e drejtësisë, aq sa Ambasada Amerikane, një entitet që përfaqëson një vend të huaj, mban flamurin si sponsorizuese dhe promovuese e Reformës në Drejtësi.

People nowadays have become very superficial and gullible. What accounts for this could be the mass media and educational system. The information that we are exposed to and what we learn is highly controlled and centralized while the role of parents and traditional sages and scholars has been practically eclipsed, dismissed, and suppressed.

On the other hand, those who hold the power are not in the least negligent and heedless. Quite the contrary, governments have extremely much power due to unlimited resources and the modern technology. For this reason, it is not a surprised at all to be confronted by this uniformity and intellectual bubble.

In this regard, one of the most difficult topics that it is hard to convey properly and succinctly to people is the reality of occupation. The fact that the world is run by one single government, the fact that some countries have no political restriction, such as the USA, while other countries, especially the Muslim ones, are subordinate, the fact that the global trade and the exploitation of the natural resources are a global monopoly, the fact that the UN international laws prevail over national and regional laws, the fact that the British Empire has never been abolished officially and it was not defeated by another power, all of these are the elephant in the room, yet people fail to understand the global British occupation which was official and obvious up until the mid 20th century.

Occupation is not a flag or a symbol, nor is it ceremonial. Occupation does not necessarily mean that the British soldiers have to patrol the streets of our towns and villages. Occupation is not a means but an end. Occupation is all about exploiting others and having the right to use natural resources. This could be achieved through military force, through wars, propaganda, educational system, through lies and deception or media. So, we confused the classical occupation, when soldiers had to demonstrate their presence, as it was suitable for the time and age, with modern occupation when people work for the enemy and within the system of the occupier without realizing it.

In my view, one of the many strategies that the British Empire has used to control the world and maintain the exploitation of nations is the control of and the monopoly on agriculture and food supply. Therefore, it is not a coincidence that no country is self sufficient and sustainable when it comes to food supply, especially Muslim countries, which aspire more to independence.

The Government of Albania, for example, has taken all the measures over the last three decades to prevent food production and suppress agriculture, not because of some economic logic – that it can be imported cheaper from Serbia or Greece, but it is a policy to render the Albanian people subordinate and evidently dependent on other countries. This is exactly the strategy of the British occupier for controlling nations.

Unless the people of Albania, who have a significant historical past, don’t start with an intellectual process of identifying the real problems of our country, politics, economy, the way we do things, society, and even mentality, things won’t change for better. We are known for being hardworking, courageous and brave people, so we should have the audacity and bravery to speak the truth to ourselves. Only a fool would lie to himself, and I genuinely believe that the majority of Albanians are brilliant people, regardless of demonstrating a problematic behavior and bad morals. People can change no matter how difficult that may be.

In this regard, I consider myself genuinely interested in the development of my country and building a better future in our land for ourselves and our children. So, I would never refrain from sharing my ideas with others, especially with my fellow Albanians.

First, we must agree, unless someone has a more convincing explanation, that we are in this situation not because of ordinary political corruption and lack of political projects, but because of the exact opposite. Albania is in this situation because someone has made a plan for us, someone has steered the country the wrong direction. Certainly by design we are poor, politically oppressed, with a chaotic economic development, and with a high rate of immigration. Nothing happened coincidently.

On the other hand, as we say in Albania, the blame always remains an orphan – no one takes the blame and responsibility. It is then our duty and our job to objectively identify those who work against us, without probably naming them as enemies. This process should not be done with the repetition of cliches, such as the USA is our strategic ally, the EU is our future, the western friends love us but we are enemies of ourselves etc. These are political slogans, not genuine political diagnosis.

We should know that we have a rich country in natural resources. We have abundant hydropower. We have enough arable land. There is water everywhere, not very common for a Mediterranean country. Albania is rich and beautiful.

In addition, we should know that in a secular world, there is no friends or allies. Those who call themselves strategic allies, they are capitalists and materialists, so they look after their own interests. They don’t care about you and me. Only Albanians are the best allies of Albania.

This genuine political diagnosis should serve as an impetus for instilling a new mentality and confidence into our people, especially the Albanian youth. At this moment, I believe that the intellectual contribution is essential and irreplaceable. We need to share ideas. Chaos serves only the enemy and the political status quo. With a rich country in natural resources and hydropower and brilliant people, everything is possible despite the political projects to render us the most humiliated nation of Europe.

Albania can be better.

As an Albanian citizen, born and grown up in Albania, as well as learned and studied in its schools and universities, I’ve always noticed that there is something wrong with our society and politics, as if there were two parallel narratives about our history, as if children are taught a completely false history, as if the new generation is exposed carefully to a fake reality manufactured by the politics, something which renders the young Albanians vulnerable and susceptible to political agendas which push them the opposite direction they are heading two – moving against the actual stream of the political agendas, as if applying the effort on the opposite side of the lever.

Speaking from the personal experience, I can say that there is so much political and social confusion, and what’s worse, people make decisions based on wrong assumptions. The youth have no idea who is ruling them and what the political agendas are. Parents send their young children to school thinking that they are making the best investment for them without knowing what the educational agendas are. Students go to university assuming that they are doing the right thing – sacrificing time and money for the future, without asking some fundamental questions about the future of employment and who controls jobs.

Likewise, people used to build houses without a construction permit, not considering the fact that they are making the wrong investment. Even today, a great amount of the remittances coming from Albanian immigrants goes to waste.

In my view, the big confusion and the chaos have a very simple explanation. Albania was occupied in 1912 by the British Empire. Given the fact that Albanians were one of the most important people of the Ottoman Empire, they were the major target of the Evil British Empire. At the same time, we should not forget the fact that, under the leadership of Muhammad Ali Pasha, Albanians had defeated the British army in Egypt a century before.

It is only understandable that the British Empire had its revenge, so 1912 was just the beginning of a dark chapter against Albanians, who were not only split into many countries in the Balkans, but they had to go through genocidal wars and political oppression.

In short, we are not taught in Albania that we are under the British occupation, that our people continue to pay a hefty price because of our past, that our government is at the service of the British enemy, that when we go to school or university, we are literally going to the schools of our enemy, yet we are so oblivious of this very fact. The reason why there is so much corruption, chaos, injustice, and political oppression is precisely because that’s the British agenda for our people. We might be stupid and oblivious, but the Evil Empire is not. It will not change its agendas against us until we wake up. This is what our teachers and parents are afraid of teaching us.

As we all know, nationalism is a modern political concept invented by the British Empire, which typically has started with the formation of US Clown Republic by the British Monarchy. Nationalism and nation-state are related to the British Empire.

Generally speaking, the British Empire has used the mechanism of nation state for two reasons; first, to administer its territories in a way that does not make the British Monarchy directly responsible for the state affairs, and second, as a political strategy of encroaching upon the territories of the Ottoman Empire. So, instead of appearing as a classical occupier, it has technically supported nations within the Ottoman Empire to become ‘independent,’ such as in the Balkans and in the Middle East, but that was a classical occupation, no less.

Once the British Empire reached its peak in the 20th century and eventually ruled the entire world, it went fully undercover – without losing its actual power, and divided the global territory into nation states. At the same time, the British Empire formed the League of Nations in 1920 – exactly when the Ottoman Empire had de facto fallen, which then was replaced by the UN, whose role was to control, recognize and manage the nation states under the British Rule.

In short, the UN is no more than a modern face of the British Empire, and nation state is merely an administrative unit within the Evil Empire. So, nation state and nationalism are technically political, administrative and legal terms. They’re not supposed to be ideological or religious concepts.

An Albanian citizen, for example, has to obey the Albanian law and is subject of the Albanian legal system. At the same time, an Albanian citizen has to pay taxes as well as he or she can be qualified to benefit financially from the Government. Citizenship can be obtained by birth or naturalization.

Sadly, nationalism is being used by British-installed governments in the former territories of the Ottoman Empire and Muslim lands as a strategy to fight Islam and Muslims, by accusing them as enemies, as ‘others,’ as less patriotic etc.

I have a message to the British agents – the servants of our enemy who stole our land, in Albania and elsewhere:

Citizenship is a legal administrative concept. It does not give any favor to people. As an Albanian citizen, I don’t have special rights; I don’t get treated better by Albanian courts of law and by the governmental offices. I don’t get special political and economic rights.

As an Albanian – as imposed by the British Empire, I feel ashamed, but as a Muslim I feel proud with all the pride possible. So, yes, I am a Muslim before I am an Albanian. I take my religion much more seriously than the barbaric laws imposed by the British Empire.

How dare you shameful British agents accuse Muslims of being less patriotic? Who gave you that right, you filthy spies of the British barbarians?!

The post BEWARE OF THE BRITISH-INVENTED NATIONALISM: THE ENEMIES OF ISLAM appeared first on Kukes Post.

Given the fact that Muhammad Ali Pasha – the general who ruled Egypt and saved it from the European barbarians, defeated the British Army at the beginning of the 19th century, by taking hostage hundreds of British soldiers. Not only did Muhammad Ali Pasha discipline the British pagans, but he also made proud every Muslim and every Albanian.

I am inclined to believe that the humiliation which Muhammad Ali Pasha inflicted upon the British pagans is the reason why the British Empire launched a horrible war against the Albanian people at the beginning of the 20th century. As a result, thousands of Albanians were murdered by British soldiers during the Zogu and Hoxha regimes. To this very day, the hatred of the Evil Empire and the British Monarchy against the Albanian people in general and the Albanian Muslims specifically is obvious and undeniable. Part of this British hatred against the Ottoman Albanians was also the war in Kosovo in 1999, which was sponsored by the UK and the US Governments, where thousands of people were killed based on lists and thousands of women were raped.

Make no mistake, the war in Kosovo was part of a greater war of the British pagans against Muslims.

For this reason, I strongly support the idea that Muhammad Ali Pasha – the warrior who disciplined the British pagans, should be declared as national hero in all Albanian lands, such as in Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro and the North Macedonia.

The name of Muhammad Ali Pasha should also be honored in Turkiye instead of honoring the British spy Mustafa Kamal – the enemy of Muslims and the Turkish people.

Muhammad Ali Pasha – the tamer of the barbarians, should be the Albanian hero, not the British lies, such as George Castriota – God knows who he was and if he has existed at all. The British Evil Empire is infamously known for inventing national heroes in its occupied lands.

George Castriota has nothing to do with the Albanian people. If he has existed, let the British pagans take him for themselves. Our national hero is Muhammad Ali, the man who taught those godless barbarians a great lesson.
