While Canada is on the verge of political and economic crisis, as it has become the laughing stock of the world – whether to become the 51st state of the US Terrorist Republic or not, the real problems that Canada is facing are actually related to its legal system and the courts of law.
It is axiomatic to say that justice is the most important component of a state; it is the cornerstone of prosperity and development. Without justice, everything will collapse soon or late.
Canada has a broken legal system; its laws are corrupt and abusive. The laws of Canada do not reflect a moral philosophy or natural principles of justice. Rather, they are a legal mask – a large body of ambiguous and dubious texts, in order to cover up the political or monarchic informality which governs Canada.
Canada, as it is the case for all secularist countries, is not governed by the principle of the rule of law. The country is run informally; judges reach court verdicts based on political needs or informal memos given by the intelligence service, hiring of people and employment dismissal, business licenses, and many other aspects of the state are done informally.
All services, jobs, licenses etc. are offered to the Canadian citizens as a favor, hence the concept of informality or corruption, not as a legal right.
In Canada, it is spoken excessively about rights and the freedom of people, but that’s just the image or the mystique; in reality, what is considered normally as a right is offered to people as a favor, so in essence Canada is corrupt. It is not a just country.
Laws – as abusive and ambiguous they are, are invoked either to emphasize favors which are done to people or to punish the class enemies because in every secularist state there are class enemies. This is how British Secularism works.
Canada is a mafia state. While its laws and legal system are the facade in order to make the country look good, underneath things are done informally.
Canada is a spy country; therefore, laws are not there to give rise to a dignified and free society because things are done informally, like mafia.
Without restoring the principles of justice and the concept of the rule of law, Canada will continue to be a corrupt country ruled by monarchic criminals and irresponsible people. It is unfortunate that we are ruled by such immoral judges and incompetent politicians.
In conclusion, Canada is not a democracy, but a tyranny and a ultra communist country.
