CANADA’S LEGAL SYSTEM: CORRUPTION AND THE FAKE IMAGE SYNDROME

To begin with, it is my personal commitment to expose and underline the corruption and problems of the legal system in Canada as long as the monarch continues to hide behind the curtain of a titular posting, the parliament is useless – a bunch of political mercenaries who applaud in chorus, and as long as Canadian Judicial Council (CJC) plays political games worse than judges themselves.

There is no doubt that the best way to assess a country is by looking at the judicial system. If there is no justice in a country, it is not a good place to live. Sometimes numbers, such as GDP or other international ratings could be very misleading especially given the deceptive nature of the western secularism. Statistics could show a good standard of living, a good healthcare, high GDP, but these mean nothing for the individual life of a person.

That’s why justice lies at the foundation of a good country because justice can guarantee the right to pursue economic development, financial growth at an individual level, family investment, freedom to invest the personal energy and time effectively and in the right direction.

In this regard, Canada is one of the most corrupt countries in the world regardless of its statistics and numbers. In fact, if we look at the international role of this country which, in my view, has been designated by the British Empire to serve as a graveyard for immigrants, everything makes sense. It is not farfetched to believe that the Canadian judicial system is corrupt.

Speaking of the unfairness and corruption of the Canadian judicial system, it is problematic at every level and aspect.

First, the Canadian laws are designed to achieve political ends which are not transparent, or even worse, camouflaged with nice sounding words and cliche terminology. The true objectives of the Canadian laws are: to exert political control, to attack people politically and financially, to serve as an elusive obstacle to people’s personal dreams and plans, and to keep the society under constant threat and oppression.

Second, Canadian judges are members of the deep state, trained to serve as the loyal guardians of the state. They’re not arbitrators of justice, or mere professionals who apply the law. Absurdly enough, they are the law. They have the political mandate to reach verdicts as they see fit, not restricted by laws per se.

In addition, the Canadian laws are massive, ambiguous, and written in a very problematic language in order to confuse people.

Even worse, the Canadian judicial system cooperates with the intelligence service, with spies and agents, applies inconsistent court rules, hires actors, and uses theatrical techniques to deceive people, to avoid real confrontations with citizens, and to make sure that the image of the whole system – fake and theatrical, is not compromised.

In short, Canada has no justice, and if there is no justice, there is nothing.
