The attempt of the Prosecution Office of Kukes, the Republic of Albania, in order to prosecute my brother Nderim Lushi for using his free speech is none other than a clear manifestation of the American and British tyranny in Albania. Our country has been under the British occupation for more than a century – it has gone though a horrible political oppression, and our country continues to suffer from such anti human rights policies.
Indeed, the British Empire continues to oppress our country. It continues to suppress free speech and intellectualism. The attempt of the Prosecution Office to question Nderim Lushi’s right to free speech shows once more how corrupt the British and American judicial system is. They are the enemies of free speech. However, any attempt against Nderim Lushi from the US Embassy in Tirana in order to suppress him will not be tolerated.
I want to remind the Prosecution Office of Kukes that you are the same state apparatus which has persecuted and destroyed the lives of thousands of Albanians during the communist regime on behalf of the British Occupation.
