With all that energy from hydropower – with one of the biggest HPPs in the continent, Albania should have been the richest country in Europe and the most prosperous one. Instead, the British occupation is doing everything through its appointed government to force Albanians abandon the country. Unfortunately, Albania remains the poorest country of Europe and the most occupied one. Our people are not benefitting from the energy revenues, which could be beyond our imagination.
That’s why I believe it’s important to raise awareness of our resources and the reasons why we’re not benefitting from them. It’s intolerable to see Albanians live as slaves in the West, including the corrupt country of Canada, while our country is richest in energy in the entire Europe.
